Fol-Da-Tank products

It was more than 57 years ago that the first Fol-Da-Tank was introduced to firefighters, who recognized its value and quality immediately.  In fact, the quality was so good many of these original models are still on the job, performing like new.  Two men can unload the Fol-Da-Tank from the truck and set up in less than 30 seconds.  While the pumper empties the Fol-Da-Tank a tanker can be bringing more water.  Fol-Da-Tank has proved to be the practical answer as an extra water supply for rural areas where water pressure is low or as a back-up facility for municipal fire departments.

The Single Lane Tank® facilitates maximum flow rates for water AND water tender traffic.  Two or more of our SLT® 2000 tanks will give you maximum capacity on the ground without affecting the opposite lane of traffic.  The SLT® is a must for narrow rural roads having little or no shoulder!  The SLT® comes in various frames and liner fabrics.  Frame sizes are 8`x14`x29" with steel or aluminum tubing.  The liner fabrics to choose from are all 22 oz. vinyl, 22 oz. vinyl sides with 30 oz. floor, all 22 oz. HPR, 22 oz. HPR sides with 30 oz. floor and all 30 oz. vinyl.  To help keep the flow of water and eleminate any lift is the side mounted stabalizing flange plate assembly.  The assembly includes: mounting plate, flange (sizes available are 4", 5" and 6".  The mounting plate is also adaptable to any folding frame tank and model.

The self-supporting frameless portable water tanks have been designed to meet the most stringent requirements of rural/urban fire fighting. Problems with inadequate or unusable supplies of water are eliminated by the use of open top self-supporting portable water tanks.  In remote areas the self-supporting tanks are designed for standby water containment, water shuttling situations and provide a continuous portable water supply.

ROL-LA-TANK® is the latest in relay storage tanks to provide temporary storage of liquids in remote areas.  The light weight tank can be easily assembled by one person in less than 2 minutes.  Just unroll the tank, insert the support corners and hook the liner to the top snap clips.

The ROL-LA-TANK TYPE II is a quick assemble relay storage tank which provides temporary storage of liquids in remote areas. This lightweight tank can be easily assembled by one person using the snap-button connections. The ROL-LA-TANK TYPE II is constructed from aircraft quality aluminum with interchangable supports. The liner is constructed from industrial strength vinyl with aluminum or PVC flanges available from 1.5" - 3.0" male or female threads. The frame and liner are stored in a heavy duty storage bag with 2" seat belt webbing carry handles. The Rol-La-Tank Type II is also a great resource for oil spill containment and oil spill clean up.

Flanges are provided on all self-supporting tanks and all Quick-Assemble series tanks.  When no longer in use, the SST may be quickly drained through a flange coupling on the side.  All self-supporting tanks have reinforced heat sealed patches around the aluminum flange.   The flanges are made from high quality al-mag alloy which provides top quality castings and threads.  The flanges can also be mounted on the side walls of the FOL-DA-TANK framed tank.  This application is used when drafting with a Low-Flow Strainer attached to the side wall.  Flanges range from 1.5" - 6" with standard NST male or female threads available.

This light weight aluminum hose stand is designed to support a large diameter hose when filling and draining a Self-Supporting Tank or Rol-LaTank®.  This hard suction hose support stores easily in limited spaces or the Rol-La-Tank® storage bag.

This blivet is ideal for transporting water to remote areas.  When attached to a mini pump it gives fire fighters the ability to put out burning duff.  (GSA Approved)
