Refurbishing existing tanks and bunds, whether they’re made of steel, concrete, or plastic, Formatank’s lining systems can provide a cost-effective solution to your containment, protection and corrosion problems. Tank Lining or coating isn’t a ‘one-size-fits-all’ scenario. Through a thorough analysis of each client’s needs, our team tailors the perfect solution for their unique requirement.

Formatank has in-house facilities to design, manufacture and install self-supporting GRP covers to suit apertures of any dimension or geometry. These covers are adaptable for retrofitting, ideal for older tanks requiring sealing to comply with updated legislation. Depending on the clients’ requirements, turnkey covers can be sourced within a range of shapes and sized. Alternatively, bespoke covers can be created using Formatank’s CAD system to suit specific sizes to ensure a perfect seal.

Using in-house CAD, Formatank can create a wide range of bespoke tank furniture, from Z or U-style launder channels to vee-notched weirplates, pre-curved scumboards and diffusion drums. Tank furniture can be a single service, added to any existing tank structure or be made part of a bigger-scale project still to be created. Formatank can create detailed ancillary products and fittings, such as hatches or vents.

Suitable for municipal, industrial, recycling, and anaerobic digestion applications, Formatank’s odour control ductwork can be retrofitted onto existing duct systems or entire new builds.
