Forsberg‘s Vacuum Gravity Separators have a reputation of being the most accurate and efficient dust-free separators available! The vacuum gravity air system assures a complete and accurate product density classification from a very lightest to a very heavy product. The Forsberg’s Screen Separator is a positive eccentric, high-speed, vibrating screener which ensures accurate, high capacity and high quality separations. Also available with pre-scalp, pre-air and post aspiration.

The Forsbergs Screen Separators are of the four-bearing type, as shown at the right. By incorporating outboard bearings mounted in an isolation mount and inboard bearings mounted on screener body, a positive eccentricity motion is achieved regardless of load on the screen.

Forsberg’s Zig-A-Flo aspirators come in two series, a Model “A”, and a Model “C”. The model selected is product and density dependent. These aspirators are used in the separation of lights from a column of heavies. These aspirators are also used as a waterfall cooler while aspirating lights. Various  hoods are available based upon product requirements. Forsberg’s has full sized testing equipment in their test lab to simulate your separation requirement.

The Forsberg’s Inertia Screen Separators are designed to provide maximum removal of oversized and fine material with a reciprocating motion. This type of screening action ensures constant product contact with the screening surface, consequently ensuring maximum exposure to the screen aperture.
