Fortis Diphenyl is designed to discriminate closely related species, such as metabolites, excipients and positional isomers.

Fortis H2o is designed to aid in the separation and retention of polar analytes.  Complex mobile phase systems can be bypassed if sufficient retention can be provided by the stationary phase chemistry.

Fortis C8 will provide similar characteristics to Fortis C18 but specifically for where less hydrophobicity is required.  The same gains in peak shape, efficiency, resolution and scalability are available for method development.

Now available as a 1.7µ particle size for use in UHPLC, increase the sensitivity of biomolecule analysis. This small particle combined with our bonding technology provides sharp peak shapes to ensure the FortisBIO columns provide the analyst with efficiency, resolution and sensitivity.  Choose from FortisBIO C18, FortisBIO C8,  FortisBIO C4 or FortisBIO Phenyl according to the hydrophobicity, size and confirmation of your biomolecules.

Fortis HILIC (Hydrophilic Interaction Chromatography) is designed to aid in the separation and retention of very polar analytes.  Extended retention is afforded by the partitioning, ion-exchange and hydrogen bonding that can occur in a HILIC stationary phase.  A highly pure silica provides an ideal template for this mechanism.

Fortis HILIC DIOL (Hydrophilic Interaction Chromatography) is designed to aid in the separation and retention of very polar analytes.  Extended retention is afforded by the partitioning, ion-exchange and hydrogen bonding that can occur in a HILIC stationary phases.
