The planning, development, manufacture and assembly of your dedusting or air filter installations, including all pipelines, enclosures or exhaust and noise protection devices are always based on your requirements and wishes. F.O.S. Filtertechnik manufactures individual and customised filter bags, filter pockets and multi-filter pockets made of various materials. The F.O.S. group processes polyester (PES), polypropylene (PP), meta-aramide (e.g. Nomex®), glass, polyimide (e.g. P84®), PPS or PTFE. You can choose from more than 700 different material qualities.

Supporting cages and spacer frames made of: standard steel. stainless steel (1.4301 / AISI 304, 1.4305 / AISI 304 L, 1.4404 / AISI 316 L, 1.4571 / AISI 316 Ti, 1.4462). in the following versions: raw, pre-galvanised, galvanised, cataphoresis or powder-coated. Special materials such as Hastelloy, Nickel or Inconell complete our range of accessories..

F.O.S. offers you filter caps in various designs and materials, also according to your own specifications. Spring-loaded suspensions ensure optimum tensioning of the filter bags in every operating situation to prevent impact and collapse.

For the installation of filter bags on nozzles as well as the fastening of filter caps, we supply tension straps in a wide variety of designs. Depending on the requirements, we use different clamping types and materials.

The F.O.S. group provides the filter control unit which activates the valves responsible for cleaning the filter with compressed air. A differential-pressure controlled triggering ensures an optimal cleaning of the filter media and enables the effective and energy-saving operation of extraction systems.

Filter monitoring based on the triboelectric effect enables reliable control of the clean gas dust content and thus the proper operation of filter systems. Filter ruptures and defects are detected. This increases the operational reliability of your extraction systems.

Of course we also offer a wide range of cleaning components: F.O.S. delivery program ranges from spare parts for solenoid valves to pilot and cleaning valves for filter systems, or door seals to complete compressed air tank systems. We also supply vibration systems for the mechanical cleaning of filter media.

F.O.S. Fluorlight is a particularly effective, fluorescent contrast powder for leak detection in the event of system leaks in your dust extraction system. If required, we will carry out leakage tests for you. Of course we can also supply you with corresponding UV lamps on request.

For the separation of sticky or moist dusts we recommend the use of pre-coating powder. It builds up an auxiliary filter layer on the filter medium that improves both the cleaning and the service life of the filters.
