Geotechnical Textile - High Performance & Monofilament Fabrics
Foundation Geotextiles - High Performance & Monofilament Fabrics
Foundation Geotextiles FG22HF is manufactured from high-tenacity polypropylene yarns, which are woven into a dimensionally stable network in such a manner that the yarns retain their relative position to one another. FG22HF resists ultraviolet deterioration and biological degradation and is inert to most naturally encountered soil chemicals, alkalis, and acids.
Foundation Geotextile - High Performance & Monofilament Fabrics
Foundation Geotextiles FG27 is manufactured from high-tenacity polypropylene yarns, which are woven into a dimensionally stable network in such a manner that the yarns retain their relative position to one another. FG27 resists ultraviolet deterioration and biological degradation and is inert to most naturally encountered soil chemicals, alkalis, and acids. NTPEP certified fabric.
Foundation Geotextiles - High Performance & Monofilament Fabrics
Foundation Geotextiles FG33 is manufactured from high-tenacity polypropylene yarns, which are woven into a dimensionally stable network in such a manner that the yarns retain their relative position to one another. FG33 resists ultraviolet deterioration and biological degradation and is inert to most naturally encountered soil chemicals, alkalis, and acids. NTPEP certified fabric.
Foundation Geotextiles - High Performance & Monofilament Fabrics
Foundation Geotextiles FG57 is manufactured from high-tenacity polypropylene yarns, which are woven into a dimensionally stable network in such a manner that the yarns retain their relative position to one another. FG57 resists ultraviolet deterioration and biological degradation and is inert to most naturally encountered soil chemicals, alkalis, and acids. NTPEP certified fabric.
Geotechnical Textile - High Strength Erosion Control Fabrics
Foundation Geotextiles - High Strength Erosion Control Fabrics
Foundation’s FG42.5 is composed of high-tenacity (PP) yarns, which are woven into a network in such a manner that the yarns retain their relative position to each other for the high demands required for Filtration and Dewatering applications. The fabric can be produced in light colors for marine applications. FG42.5 is inert to biological degradation and resistant to most naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis, and acids. The design has 4” extra strong side selvages with an 8” middle selvage seam that allows it to be cut in half.
Foundation Geotextiles - High Strength Erosion Control Fabrics
Foundation’s FG46 is composed of high-tenacity (PP) yarns, which are woven into a network in such a manner that the yarns retain their relative position to each other for the high demands required for Filtration and Dewatering applications. The fabric can be produced in light colors for marine applications. FG46 is inert to biological degradation and resistant to most naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis, and acids. The design has 4’ extra strong side selvages with an 8” middle selvage seam that allows it to be cut in half.

Foundation Geotextiles - Custom Polypropylene Yarn
Our two extrusion lines can produce UV stabilized polypropylene yarn in almost unlimited colors. We manufacture monofilament yarn up to 1500 denier and fibrillated tape, serrated tape, and slit tape up to 10,000 denier. We make all the yarn used in our geotechnical fabric. We are a preferred polypropylene yarn vendor for numerous weaving, strapping, rope braiding and industrial fabric manufacturing companies, especially those needing domestic production to satisfy Berry Amendment requirements.
Foundation Geotextile - Spiral Cardboard Tubes & Cores
Foundation has 20 years of experience manufacturing spiral cardboard cores to protect your products from damage. We are a reliable and valued provider of cores to customers throughout the southeast with custom order rush service and lead-times typically shorter than our competition. Our cores are primarily used for textiles, carpets, rolled plastics, yarn and other heavy materials where high crush and beam strength are critical. Our expertise is targeted primarily toward cores with an inside diameter between 3” and 6” and wall thickness between .100” and .500”. We manufacture cores ranging from 11” to 240” in length with both smooth and dimpled exteriors. We offer custom printing inside and out.
