Spiral pipes made of PE and PP have proven themselves for many years in tank and apparatus construction, as well as ventilation technology. FRANK provides high quality spiral pipes that ensure maximum safety for both installers and end customers.

With blanks up to DN 1600 and wall thicknesses up to 400 mm, we offer the right solution for even the most demanding applications: with reductions, fixed flanges and flange rings in XXL format, for example.

We provide both plates and spiral pipes for the production of tanks and apparatuses. Pipe lengths of up to 6 m. Wall thicknesses from 5 to 100 mm. Greater thicknesses are available after technical clarification.

We also supply welding rods that match our plates and solid rods, as well as the necessary welding equipment – tailored to your application. 

Diaphragm valves allow a secure shut-off of difficult fluid media and a certain control to some extend. Since only the body and diaphragm get in contact with the media, diaphragm valves are extremely suitable for aggressive fluids. Thanks to the design of FRANK diaphragm valves they can also be used for abrasive and solid-containing fluids. In case of hot, moist chlorine (for chlorine electrolysis for example), we recommend our unique EL-PVDF diaphragm valves. A travel stop mechanism is a standard feature of our diaphragm valves.

Butterfly valves are characterized by their short overall length. FRANK plastic butterfly valves are robust valves for extremely sophisticated applications. They are corrosion resistant and easy to handle thanks to the top flange dimensions being in line with DIN EN ISO 5211 for automation and thanks to their relatively low weight. Our butterfly valves are available with a lever which can be locked in 5° increments or with a corrosion proof plastic gear unit.

Gate valves are used to regulate and close off flow volumes. They are often used in water industry, especially water treatment.

The free circular passage in the "OPEN" position ensures little pressure loss. The ball enables the flow to be shut off quickly. Our ball valves stand out because they can be connected in so many different ways. The top flange dimensions in line with DIN EN ISO 5211 allow straightforward automation. We recommend the FRANK ball valve with relief well for gas emitting media.

The monitorable pipe system with integrated leackage control for special protection. Even for critical pipe installations in a water protection area or for perilled ground water applications within the chemical industry a permanent controlled pipe system is indispensable. A control by vacuum or permanent overpressure for the complete pipeline is required. Secutec pipes allow a continuous supervision of the complete pipeline by the defined hollow space. In case of buried pipelines also manholes can be integrated in the control system. The monitoring can be done continuously with an approved leackage ANZEIGEr or with a mobile test unit when doing a leak control in the control room. Due to the same basic wall- and liner thickness the Secutec-pipe can be welded by butt fusion homogeneous and durable tight.

PKS pipes are manufactured of PE and PP acc. to DIN 16961 and draft DIN EN 13476. That way the most important demand to sewer pipes, manholes and storm water tanks, even a durable tight system can be guaranteed.
