Semi-finished Products

FRANK - Large Fittings

With blanks up to DN 1600 and wall thicknesses up to 400 mm, we offer the right solution for even the most demanding applications: with reductions, fixed flanges and flange rings in XXL format, for example.

FRANK - Spiral Pipes

We provide both plates and spiral pipes for the production of tanks and apparatuses. Pipe lengths of up to 6 m. Wall thicknesses from 5 to 100 mm. Greater thicknesses are available after technical clarification.

FRANK - Welding Rods

We also supply welding rods that match our plates and solid rods, as well as the necessary welding equipment – tailored to your application.

Industrial Piping Sytems

FRANK - Spiral Pipes

Spiral pipes made of PE and PP have proven themselves for many years in tank and apparatus construction, as well as ventilation technology. FRANK provides high quality spiral pipes that ensure maximum safety for both installers and end customers.

Polypropylene - Industrial Piping Sytems

In comparison to PE, polypropylene (PP) has a higher thermal stability and is therefore a favourable standard material for the use at higher temperatures. Futhermore, it characterises due to high mechanical stability, good chemical resistance and is physiologically harmless. We have different types of polymers in our delivery program: Homopolymers (PP-H), which consist only of propylene-molecules and the two different copolymers where you have ehtylene monomers in blocs (polypropylene block copolymer, PP-B) or statically arranged (polypropylene random copolymer, PP-R). Our pipes are gerenally PP-H material and our fittings PP-R. Both types are stabilised under heat and optimally suitable for the use of pressure pipe systems. The different types can be welded with all current welding procedures. The impact strength depends on the temperature and grow with rising temperature resp. with decreasing temperature. PP-R shows a better impact strength as PP-H.

Polyvinylidenfluorine - Industrial Piping Sytems

Polyvinylidenfluorine (PVDF) is a thermoplastic fluoropolymer with high virginity, as it is a homopolymer without any additives such as stabiliser and pigments. Therefore, PVDF is physiologically harmless and can be used in high-purity areas. Moreover, it characterises due to high chemical stability and chemical resistance. In comparison to other fluoroplastics PVDF is easy to process.

Valves

FRANK - Diaphragm Valves

Diaphragm valves allow a secure shut-off of difficult fluid media and a certain control to some extend. Since only the body and diaphragm get in contact with the media, diaphragm valves are extremely suitable for aggressive fluids. Thanks to the design of FRANK diaphragm valves they can also be used for abrasive and solid-containing fluids. In case of hot, moist chlorine (for chlorine electrolysis for example), we recommend our unique EL-PVDF diaphragm valves. A travel stop mechanism is a standard feature of our diaphragm valves.

FRANK Asahi - Butterfly Valve

Butterfly valves are characterized by their short overall length. FRANK plastic butterfly valves are robust valves for extremely sophisticated applications. They are corrosion resistant and easy to handle thanks to the top flange dimensions being in line with DIN EN ISO 5211 for automation and thanks to their relatively low weight. Our butterfly valves are available with a lever which can be locked in 5° increments or with a corrosion proof plastic gear unit.

FRANK - Gate Valves

Gate valves are used to regulate and close off flow volumes. They are often used in water industry, especially water treatment.

FRANK Asahi - Ball Valve

The free circular passage in the "OPEN" position ensures little pressure loss. The ball enables the flow to be shut off quickly. Our ball valves stand out because they can be connected in so many different ways. The top flange dimensions in line with DIN EN ISO 5211 allow straightforward automation. We recommend the FRANK ball valve with relief well for gas emitting media.
