Mogensen-G is a patented compact machine with high screening efficiency within a wide range of very different and often demanding branches. The system offers high flexibility concerning the shape of inlet and outlets. Servicing is simple: large, easy-to-open inspection ports with secure fastening and dust covers available in 0.5 m wide modules with only 2 quick-release fasteners each. The system for screen cloth tension is robust and easy to check: over- as well as under-tensioning are indicated. Remote electronic supervision of screen cloth breakage and insufficient tension is optional. 

The Mogensen-SEL is an efficient, compact and flexible Sizer with extremely high capacity. The SEL-model’s linear vibration movement enables careful, efficient screening. The modular construction allows simple, cost-effective process adaptation. The Mogensen-SEL is supplied on a support frame, which simplifies transportation, installation and start-up. The well thought-out construction minimizes down time for service and screen cloth change, partly thanks to dust covers with rapid closure and good accessibility to all wear parts.  The Mogensen-SEL is a tried and tested construction that gives the best possible operational reliability even under extreme conditions.

The Mogensen M-Extend is driven by 2 vibrators which gives it an linjer motion pattern that counteracts blinding and loosens and stratifies the material. No. of decks: 2-6. Screen length: 2,4 m. Screen cloth area: 4,8 - 43,2 m².

Vibratory transporter RV is used for feeding of the Sizer. The transporter helps creating better distributed material flows, enhancing the capacity of the Sizer.

Mogensen Transporter is available in several types, depending upon the duty. It can be up to 6 m long. Several trough widths are available, and the in- and outlets can be adapted to ambient equipment, in shape, location and number.

The forces from a vibrating machine may cause resonance phenomena in the surrounding equipment and structures. We can offer a vibration dampening system where the machine`s support frame is flexibly suspended and modified to counter its vibration forces; a well-known  two-mass dampening principle.

There is also a mechanical mesh cleaning solution for our VRS models. Balls of rubber can be used to prevent blindnings.

Our system for screen cloth monitoring is designed so that a faulty tension of a screen cloth can easily be checked manually or visually, or so that insufficient tension initiates an electronic signal. The system is based upon our original screen cloths.
