Freeflow supply a comprehensive range of standard pipe fittings and bespoke pipe fabrications to virtually any size or complexity. Standard Fittings are made to any required specification and can be manufactured to match Ductile Iron Fittings or any other specific size required. A series of standard fittings designed in Ductile Iron can be manufactured in a ‘one piece’ steel fabrication, reducing joints fitting time and costs. Bespoke pipe fabrications are manufactured to comply with any arrangement required by the client. Our experienced team of Pipework Engineers, using the latest versions of CAD and Solidworks, will work closely with the client to ensure the best technical and cost effective solution is achieved.

Freeflow supply and manufacture a full range of flexible pipe Couplings, Stepped Couplings and Flange Adaptors to suit all pipe sizes and materials. We also offer an emergency service for, from 24 hour turnaround, for most sizes. A full range of End Closures and Dismantling Joints are also available in this category.

Freeflow Wall Starters allow simplified and low cost installation of most through wall connections. The normal procedure for passing pipes though walls is to leave a substantial `Box-Out` in the wall during the original pouring process. At a later time, the contractor then passes a `puddle pipe` through this opening, supports the pipe and builds an intricate `letter box` shutter around it. He pours and compacts the new concrete into the void to encapsulate the puddle pipe. Very often the puddle pipe moves with the pour and settles to a less suitable alignment.

The Freeflow Fabriweld joint allows site welds on coated steel pipelines without damage to the internal lining. Where a fully welded pipeline is required Fabriweld eliminates the need to gain entry into the pipe to reinstate the internal coating. This is particularly useful on small diameter pipelines or where hazards to safe working exist, preventing access into the pipeline.
