The purpose of a belt feeder is to withdraw the bulk material from a silo with a clearly defined flow and transfer it to the downstream conveyor system. In the process, the volume flow is defined by the pusher opening and the speed of the belt feeder. We offer our belt feeders with various belt widths and lengths to cover all circumstances. In order to meet the individual needs of customers, our belt feeders are available in different designs, with different kinds of pushers or belts, for example.

The big bag is the ideal container for the handling of bulk materials. The big bags are filled dust-free and precisely by means of a batch feed system. The system can be configured very flexibly in accordance with the filling capacity, product property and local conditions, so all customer needs can be covered.

Our bucket elevators are used for the vertical and continuous transport of bulk material. The bulk material is transferred to the buckets at the bucket conveyor inlet. The buckets lift the bulk material and transfer it to the downstream conveyor system at the bucket conveyor discharge. With our cost-effective standard designs and individual special constructions, we meet all customer requirements.

A change-over flap is used for diverting bulk materials onto different paths. The flap is operated pneumatically, electrically or manually and brought into the desired position. Our change-over flaps are specifically adapted to the circumstances in order to cover all customer needs.

Our standard conveyor belts are equipped with a flat rubber belt and recessed stations. This allows the material to be conveyed up to a gradient of approx. 21°. Our standard programme includes four belt widths, chassis structures for spans of up to 42 m, clamping and drive stations and all conveyor inspections. With these cost-effective standard designs and individual special constructions, we meet all customer requirements.
