Pir Motion Detector(Infrared)

Pir Sensor Fresnel Lens

The thermopile and passive infrared sensor that are using for motion sensor detects the wavelength of 8~13um. Without Fresnel lens, the sensor only can detect less than 1m distance and narrower space with lens. To work with Pyroelectronic detector and thermopile ,Fresnel lens that collects infrared rays as a sensor is required. Fresnel Factory manufactures Fresnel lenses for passive infrared absolute temperature sensors. Material is important to have a wide FOV and excellent Far infrared transmittance. Therefore, Fresnel Factory is using Poly FIR200 and Poly FIR25,which have a wide FOV and excel FIR transmittance.

MLA and Lenticular

Double Prism Fresnel Lens

Lenticular and MLA is essentially required optics that generates 3-D image.Volume matric is a special feature in glassless 3D image.It`s a different imaging method that AR and VR that we see often now.The Lenticular realizes three dimensional effect on the left and right,and MLA is able to realize the effect on upper,lower,right,and left.Trough the experience of prototyping or mass produciton,we can design various types of optics,which are the core of stereoscopic images,and we also have developed a film-type as well. The transmittance of the material is important to be the influence of the lens, so the high transmittance material Fresnel Factory using is Poly visible (UV CUT).

CPV and Large

Large Fresnel Lens

Groove pitch of CPV lens is upside down to prevent contamination from dust and other outdoor conditions. CPV Fresnel lenses are 50~ 100% thicker than common Fresnel lenses. Also Groove pitch is wider for high efficiency. Also we design to use more 3mm Optical PMMA for longer life time and to have 0.5 ~ 1.0mm groove pitch for higher solar concentration. (If groove pitch is density, then quality of image that is maginifed is clearer.If groove pitch is width, then efficince of concentration of light is higher.) There is three choices for material of CPV lens, Poly visible, Poly visible with UV cut, and SOG.
