Frontline Industries, Inc. products
Frontline - Multiple Spring Pusher Seals
Frontline has the capability to design, manufacture and install mechanical seals for “hard to seal” applications. Frontline can also overhaul and test most manufacturer’s mechanical seals. During the overhaul process we will ask the customer several questions regarding the specific application so that, if required we can improve the seal characteristics accordingly.
Frontline - Standard Single Engagement Coupling
The Single Engagement Design is comprised of two hubs – one containing pins and one containing bushings. This arrangement can only accommodate Angular and Axial Misalignment.
Submersible Shredder Pump
With our unique, patent pending Shredding Technology, Frontline Shredder Pumps easily destroy items that often clog other sewage pumps and lines, such as ropes, rags, leather gloves, diapers, sanitary pads, elastic waist bands, nylon stockings, denim jeans, mop heads and more.
Frontline - Carbon Fiber Drive Shafts
Our carbon fiber drive shaft can be provided with any combination of hubs with pins or bushings depending on the field conditions.
Frontline - Stainless Steel Flexible Shaft Couplings
Frontline Couplings transmit torque through precision machined barrel shaped pins, which ride within self-lubricated fiber-reinforced polymer bushings. This patented “free-floating” double engagement design gives the Frontline Coupling several advantages.
Frontline - Mechanical Seal Cooler
Our unique patent pending mechanical seal cooler, which we manufacture in house. Is designed for boiler feed pumps and is rated for: 400°F & 500 P.S.I. We recommend a hot water flow of 2 G.P.M. at about 140°F going into the mechanical seal glands
Flexible Shaft Couplings
Double Engagement Shear Pin
The Double Engagement Sheer Pin Design consists of Two detachable sections held together by a predetermined size and number of Brass Pins, designed to sheer at a certain torque. This arrangement can accomodate Parallel, Axial and Angular Misalignment and to a much higher degree than most flexible couplings currently on the market.
Spacer
The Spacer Design consists of Two Hubs with Bushings and a Spacer Cylinder with Pins on each side. This arrangement can accomodate Parallel, Axial and Angular Misalignment. The Spacer Coupling is normally used with End Suction Pumps to facilitate the removal of the `pull out` section wihtout having to move the motor.
