Frontline Industries provides full motor overhaul service including rigging, removal, logistics, installation and startup.  Included in this service is full diagnostic & testing reports to properly document equipment condition.  As an Authorized Stocking Distributor for Toshiba, Frontline can provide replacement options for any Low or Medium Voltage Motors that are found to be beyond economical repair.

Frontline Industries offers complete Gearbox Repair service, regardless of size, type or manufacturer.  The first step is typically a D.C.I. (disassembly, cleaning & inspection) to determine exactly what is required.  Those findings are documented in an engineering report including all relevant clearances, material analysis, images, etc. and provided to the customer with a quotation.

Frontline’s Team of ASME Certified Welders provide 24/7 welding both in our shop or at your plant.  Whether it’s custom fabrication, equipment repair or plant shutdown, Frontline Industries can provide a solution.
