The Smart Meter-Master Non-Encoder to Encoder Signal Converter enables utilities to easily collect additional data thru their existing AMR/AMI networks from various devices and sensors that do not have encoder outputs. A typical application would be enabling water utilities to collect totalized volumetric readings from sewer meters thru their existing AMR/AMI networks.

The Smart Meter-Master Encoder Signal Converter/Splitter enables multiple parties to simultaneously access the encoder output from a water meter. A typical water utility client application would be splitting the register output between the utility (encoder output) and a commercial account (utility client) to whom the Smart Meter-Master would typically provide a pulse, 4-20mA, or serial output.

Meter-Master flow recorders permit demand data logging from most any existing water meter installation, regardless of meter make or size. It uses a strap-on magnetic sensor to digitize a meter’s highly accurate magnetic drive signal without any meter alteration or service interruption. Easy to use companion software provides for downloading, graph and report generation, and exporting to other software applications. Since 1931, Meter-Master has been the industry standard for flow recording from water meters.

The submersible METER-MASTER MODEL 20 Flow Sensor uses a magnetic sensor to digitize a meter’s magnetic drive signal. The square wave output is available for input into data logging, SCADA, telemetry, and other utility and energy management systems. No electrical or mechanical connection to the meter is required. It is compatible with large and small water meters worldwide. The Model 20 is externally powered and suitable for permanent or portable applications.

The portable Meter-Master Model 100XP Pressure Recorder records static pressure over time. A rocker switch toggles the recording on/off. The current pressure may be checked at any time without interrupting a recording session using the Model 100 Program’s Realtime Display. The Model 100XP is available with interchangeable pressure sensors ranging from 0 to 5 PSI to 0 to 30,000 PSI.

Enables Meter-Master flow recorders to log data from a meter’s pulse output. The cable mates with the same connector as the flux sensor cable. Works with all newer Meter-Master flow recorders (ones with 4-pin sensor receptacles).
