Screen Systems
FSM - Center Flow Water Screen
The FSM Center Flow Screen was developed to deal with particular problems associated with waste water pre-treatment and raw water intake. FSM is working in this field since 1973. The first machines are used to generate cooling water for power plants from rivers.
FSM - Dual Flow Water Screens
The FSM Dual Flow Screen was developed to deal with particular problems associated with waste water pre-treatment and raw water intake. FSM is working in this field since 1973. The first machines are used to generate cooling water for power plants and pulp and paper mills from rivers. Parallel to the increasing demands of users, FSM introduced modifications to the basic design. These have resulted in an optimum product for the preliminary treatment of waste or river (sea) water - providing high performance coupled with low operating costs. The Dual flow screen is a very fine screen with a high screenings capture rate and excellent protection for membrane systems.
FSM - Water Filter Screen
The FSM filterscreen was developed to deal with particular problems associated with sewage pre-treatment plant. Following successful trials, the first installation was equipped with this product in 1987.
FSM - Multi Rake Bar Screen
The FSM - Multi Rake Bar Screen was developed to deal with particular problems associated with sewage pre-treatment plant. Parallel to the increasing demands of users, FSM introduced modifications to the basic design. These have resulted in an optimum product for the preliminary treatment of waste water-providing high performance coupled with low operating costs. The Multi rake bar screen is a coarse and fine screen and use in water and waste water treatment predominantly thought.
FSM - Basket Screen
The FSM Basket Screen was developed to deal with particular problems associated with sewage pretreatment plant. Parallel to the increasing demands of users, FSM introduced modifications to the basic design. These have resulted in an optimum product for the preliminary treatment of waste waterproviding high performance coupled with low operating costs. The Basket screen is a coarse and fine screen and use for pump protection in waste water treatment.
FSM - Grab Bar Screen
The FSM coarse bar screen has been in operation all over the world for over 30 years. Parallel to the increasing demands of users, FSM introduced modifications to the basic design. These have resulted in an optimum product for coarse cleaning of waste water -providing high performance coupled with low operating costs. The FSM coarse bar screen thus offers ideal protection for pumping and fine screening installations. The Grab bar screen is a coarse screen in extremely robust design and width and use in water and waste water treatment predominantly thought.
FSM - Trash Rack Screen
The FSM Trash Rack Screen has been developed in reference to the increasing demands of users. These resulted in an optimum product for- coarse cleaning of waste water - providing high performance coupled with low operating costs. The FSM Trash Rack Screen thus offers ideal protection for pumping and fine screening installations. The Trash rake screen is a coarse screen for channels of large depth and width use in water and waste water treatment predominantly thought.
FSM - Horizontal Fine Screen
FSM fine screen horizontal for water extraction in fish protection standard. This rugged fine screen is primarily used for sea, river and lake water extraction. The drive components are located behind the screening area. Screenings are removed and conveyed without being taken out of the water stream.
FSM - Screw Screen
The Screw screen is a fine screen with a high screenings capture rate and excellent protection for membrane systems, use in water and waste water treatment.
FSM - Rotary Drum Screen
Waste water flows through a revolving drum, which is installed at an angle of 35°. The wastewater flows into the open end of the drum. Floating and suspended screenings are retained by the screen basket, which is available with a perforation or a wedge wire. The upper third of the drum is cleaned via a line of nozzles.
