Electrolyzer MEA

Electrolyzer Membrane Electrode Assemblies (MEA) for high efficiency production of Hydrogen and Oxygen. These Electrolyzer MEAs are used by many as their “gold standard” when designing new Electrolyzer products. These particular type of Electrolyzer MEAs are 3-layer configurations, or Catalyst Coated Membrane (CCM), designed to provide some of the highest efficiencies and purest hydrogen via electrolysis. Custom sizes and configurations are also available with no minimum order quantities and rapid lead times.

PFSA Membrane

Proton exchange membranes are also known as cation exchange membranes in the market. These PFSA membranes performs as a separator and solid electrolyte (without the need of a liquid acid) in a variety of electrochemical cells that require the membrane to selectively transport protons or other various cations across the cell junction (or between anode and cathode catalyst layers). The polymer is chemically resistant and durable.

Gas Diffusion Electrodes

Anode and Cathode Gas Diffusion Electrodes (GDE) for an electrochemical device consist of catalyst loaded onto a gas diffusion layer (GDL). The mostly commonly used catalysts include carbon supported Platinum and Platinum/Ruthenium for the best catalyst dispersion and utilization for PEM Fuel Cells. Electrodes for a fuel cell applications are generally hydrophobic to reduce flooding issue during fuel cell operation.
