FuelClear - Additive Injection Systems

Fuelcare provide additive injection systems CAD designed, fabricated & tested at our engineering workshops in the UK. Designed for the application of fuel additives in high fuel volume bunkering operations aboard superyachts, ships, railway terminals, bus terminals and any application where fuel volumes warrant ongoing large-scale fuel dosing. The systems are compatible with all specifications of hydrocarbons (including aviation fuels), a wide range of flow rates and a broad spectrum of fuel pressures. The FuelClear™ Additive Injection systems dispense fuel treatments in a steady, consistent rate, ensuring precise agitation with fuel.

FuelCare - Fuel Biocides

FuelClear™ AV15 Fuel Biocide is a high-performance antimicrobial agent (microbicide) from Fuelcare, developed specially to combat the problems of microbial contamination and spoilage in aviation fuels. FuelClear™ AV15 is effective at low use levels, against microbial species commonly encountered in fuel systems, including bacteria, yeast, and mold. FuelClear™ AV15 is designed to cause inhibition of microbial growth upon contact, and quickly result in cell death. FuelClear AV15 is effective in systems containing both fuel and water. Unlike other fuel treatment biocides, the active ingredients in FuelClear™ AV15 are not deactivated by water.

Fuelcare - Fuel Detergent

Various industries urgently needs to reduce harmful emissions, driven by regulations and internal business requirements. Sustainable fuels are seen as the answer, however these are higher cost, have detrimental impact on engines & fuel systems and often require modifications to fleets.

FuelClear - Fuel Biocide

FuelClear™ M68 cures and prevents bacterial and fungal contamination “The Diesel Bug” in small volume applications. M68 uses a powerful active ingredient called CMIT/MIT that rapidly neutralises harmful microbial growth. In contrast to FuelClear™ M15, FuelClear™ M68 is designed for smaller volumes of fuel where a 250ml bottle is sufficient such as small yachts, home heating applications or power generation.
