A standard air leak tester. This is a highly-versatile leak tester compatible for use in a wide range of industries. It features the "Linear Fitting Offset Function", which allows for reference-less testing that withstands various changes in the environment.

This is a flow tester equipped with a thermal gas flow meter. Reduction of measurement time and improvement of measurement accuracy are realized by installation of scan function.

Standardization of main units makes selecting specifications even easier than custom made products. Atmospheric pressure chamber type and vacuum chamber type can be selected with this helium leak test system. It also can be combined with a recovery unit, concentration meter and mixer.
