By automatically controlling the impact force, feed force, rotation force and dual damper pressure, the HCR900-ESV continuously adapts to the changing rock conditions, increasing drilling performance and the life of drill tools while decreasing fuel consumption.

HCR1100-ER ROCK DRILL – BETTER PENETRATION WITH INCREASED IMPACT. The HCR1100-ER drill incorporates innovative features for higher output and is capable of drilling at larger diameters. Utilizing a Cummins^® Tier-IV EPA compliant engine, the HCR1100-ER combines higher performance with fuel efficiency. The Furukawa HD822 drifter (patent applied for) is designed to minimize drill noise and vibration, while increasing performance. With 26.7% more impact and 13% more airflow than its predecessor, this drill has the ability to perform in harder rock at a larger diameter.

HCR1100-ED ROCK DRILL – THE PERFECT DRILL FOR QUARRIES OR CONSTRUCTION SITES. The HCR1100-ED with extendable boom incorporates a self-adjusting drill system that ensures high productivity no matter what the drilling situation. Low emission, Tier-IV Cummins® engine meets strict North American exhaust emissions regulations. The Furukawa HD818 drifter (patent applied for) is designed to minimize drill noise and vibration, while increasing percussion frequency by 24% versus the HD709 drifter, its predecessor.

The DCRL130 – Environmentally friendly and compliant with market-specific emission regulations. These drills have been proven in soft, medium and hard rock conditions with multiple end-users and applications providing deep holes from 3.5″ to 6.5″ in diameter at fast drilling rates with low maintenance requirements.

The dependable Fx45a/55a breakers are available in a variety of mounting configurations, enabling them to be easily attached to mini-excavators, skid-steer loaders and rubber-tired backhoes. Performance features and mounting options make these breakers ideal for site preparation, foundation removal, road repair, driveway and sidewalks or pedestrian bridges demolition. These medium-sized rock breakers are engineered with a higher back head pressure and larger pistons for an increase in impact energy. F6 and F9 rock breakers are available with FRD USA’s unique Switch Hitch side plate mounting system for backhoes and various excavator models. An indexing disc inserted in the side plate can be easily changed to accommodate quick couplers for many popular backhoes, including Case, John Deere and Caterpillar.

The Fx125 rock breaker has a 10 to 15 ton carrier range with two unique configurations, making this mid-sized hammer the perfect choice for backhoes, excavators and mini-excavators. Designed to handle larger, more demanding tasks, the Fx125 is perfectly suited for use on roads, bridges, rock, and utility applications.  It can also be mounted on pedestal systems for breaking oversize material in quarries.
