Fuscoe’s Watershed Management Division was formulated in direct response to the demand for environmentally sensitive land development practices, balancing the need for growth while protecting and enhancing our watersheds and resources. With complex and ever increasing county and state regulations governing storm water management and water quality, demand for these services became imperative.
Land Development
Fuscoe Engineering provides specialized expertise in converting open land to its highest and best use, while addressing site preparation, site planning with architectural consultants and all the ensuing grading, drainage, circulation, utilities and other implementing design. We are specialists in evaluating project entitlements, designs, permit needs, schedules and costs for every size and type of development, from simple due diligence and smaller subdivision projects to mixed-use urban infill sites and multi-phased master planned communities.
Civil Engineering
Fuscoe Engineering provides a full spectrum of civil engineering services for public agencies and private firms throughout Southern California. Our project experience includes residential, retail, commercial, educational facilities and public spaces. As the true costs of environmental degradation and energy wastage become apparent, society is beginning to place a much higher value on environmentally sound and energy efficient design. The Fuscoe team has taken the lead in assisting clients with sustainable engineering, including Low Impact Development (LID) which is an eco-adaptive® method of storm water management in combination with land development that is both environmentally responsible and economical, resulting in the creation of healthy places to live, work and play.
