Code 62 kits, available in sizes -12 to -32, are rated for 6000 PSI pressure. Each flange kit contains two flange halves, four Grade 8 hex head bolts with lock washers, and a Buna-N O-Ring. This comprehensive assortment is suitable for robust industrial use, providing reliable performance across various hydraulic systems.
Future Hydraulik - Hydraulic In-line Swivels
The Swiwell Hydraulic in-line swivels are hydraulic components designed to eliminate torsion on hydraulic hoses. They do not use ball bearings and thus are more robust and durable for enduring extreme operating conditions. Ultra touch, they will typically last 8X the life of an ordinary swivel.
Future Hydraulik - Service Plugs
The Service Plug is developed to plug hoses or rigid pipes to avoid oils and chemicals from contaminating the environment and to preserve costly oils and liquids inside systems during maintenance and repair. It can also be used to protect machine channels from dust and corrosion when cleaning or painting to prevent water, paint, dust, and pollution from harming the system and components.
Future Hydraulik TAIMI - Swiroll Spherical Hydraulic Joint Enables Hydraulic Hoses
The Swiroll spherical hydraulic joint enables hydraulic hoses to wivel on both sides of the joint allowing full freedom of movement. This reduces periodic maintenance and improves protection of the hoses against operational hazards. A swiroll will make hoses last 5x longer.
