Glass Reinforced Epoxy
Wavistrong - Pipe Systems
Wavistrong pipe systems have been successfully installed throughout the world under the most corrosive and demanding conditions. Today there are 1,000 miles of Wavistrong pipe in continuous use in refineries, LNG plants, petrochemical plants, power plants, oil fields, and offshore platforms and it is considered a world-leading technology in accordance with international standards including the UK Offshore Operators Association (UKOOA), ISO 14692 and Shell DEP 31.40.10.19-Gen
Wavistrong - H2O Pipes
Wavistrong H2O pipes are manufactured by Future Pipe Industries` (FPI) using a continuous filament winding technique that combines Glass Reinforced Epoxy resin (GRE), with a fiberglass-reinforcement and, when required, a pure silica sand filler. This custom technique gives the finished pipe a resin-rich reinforced liner, a strong structural wall and a resin-rich exterior layer.
Wavistrong - Glassfiber Reinforced Epoxy Pipe System (GRE)
Developed by Future Pipe Industries (FPI), Wavistrong FR is a special Glassfiber Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) pipe system that can withstand fire temperatures of up to 1200 Degrees Celsius. Suitable for high fire resistance demands, the Wavistrong FR helps to ensure the safety of offshore platforms and oil refineries.Building upon FPI`s proven technology, Wavistrong™ FR is a low flame spread, low smoke and toxicity pipe system with an additional fire barrier integrated in the outer surface of the GRE component. The proven solution for above ground fire mains, it can withstand jet fires for a dry duration of 5 minutes, followed by 60 minutes with flowing water inside the pipe, for a total jet fire duration of 65 minutes.
Fibermar - Glassfiber Reinforced Epoxy Pipe System (GRE)
Fibermar is a Glassfiber Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) pipe system which has been specially developed by Future Pipe Industries (FPI) for use on board ships.Continued replacement and dry dock expenses mean that traditional steel pipe systems can end up costing more than three times the initial investment. Fibermar is guaranteed to last the lifetime of the ship and has been designed in accordance with IMO Resolution 753 (18) - the guideline for the application of plastic pipes on ships.
Glass Reinforced Polyester
Fiberstrong - Corrosion Resistant Pipe System
Fiberstrong is a corrosion-resistant pipe system which can be used in a wide range of applications for both aboveground and underground installations.Developed by Future Pipe Industries (FPI), Fiberstrong pipes are manufactured from a thermosetting resin, polyester or vinylester and are reinforced by fiberglass using a precise filament winding technique and, occasionally, pure silica sand filler. The finished pipes are strong, flexible and consist of a resin rich reinforced liner, structural wall and a resin rich exterior layer.
FPI - Multi Purpose Storage Tanks
Future Pipe Industries (FPI) produces a wide range of high-quality, multi-purpose storage tanks using proven Fiberstrong™ technology.Flexible and corrosion-resistant, FPI`s tanks are manufactured from a thermosetting resin and fiberglass reinforcement and can be used for the storage of petroleum products, water and a wide range of chemicals.
High Pressure
Red Box - Casing and Tubing Pipe System
Lightweight, resistant to internal and external corrosion and able to operate in temperatures up to 120°C, The Red Box casing and tubing pipe system is a machine made composite material created and manufactured by Future Pipe Industries (FPI).Produced by winding high-strength continuous glass fibers and corrosion resistant epoxy resin on to a steel mandrel, the material is specially formulated to result in a product which is structurally and chemically optimized.Red Box tubing and casing is available in sizes ranging from 2.5` up to 24`, can withstand operating pressures from 32 to 190 Barg (2,750 PSI) and well depths as great as 13,000 ft.
Blue Box - Casing and Tubing Systems
Developed by Future Pipe Industries (FPI), Blue Box casing and tubing systems are the natural evolution of Red Box and designed for specialised use in chemical disposal wells which deal with aggressive waste streams generated as a by-product of chemical manufacturing facilities.Blue Box casing and tubing utilize a wind pattern which greatly amplifies the tensile capacity of the pipe allowing it to easily contend with down hole service. The nexus veil inner liner provides enhanced chemical resistance and a higher operating temperature range. All of which enables Blue Box to be used in wells as deep as 3,100 meters in temperatures as high as 120°C while injecting a hydrochloric acid solution.
