Sprockets Will Fit Steel Pintle And Steel Detachable Chain.

Standard Length Splined Shafts are made from Mild Steel, ideal for many repair jobs and building special machinery.  All stock splined shafts have a 2-3/4 inch working length except for full splines.  Additional materials available by request including 1045, 1144, 4140 priced by quotation.

Coneflex Couplings have a unique concal design principle which provide maximum bearing area and more evenly distributed loads when operating in misaligned conditions. Pressure surfaces of jaws are accurately die cast to form a cone segment. Coupling jaws and inserts maintain their relative position even under misaligned conditions. This allows uniform compression that results in longer life. Oil resistant high grade synthetic rubber inserts have similar pressure surfaces that conform to the die cast jaws. This provides an equalized and cushioned transfer of power. Coupling halves are manufactured from high tensile zinc so rust problems are eliminated.

Swivel Jacks are manufactured from Heavy Duty square tubing. Top wind and side wind models are available with tube mount, weld on and bolt on mounting brackets. Jacks ordered by stock number furnished complete with mounting brackets as shown. Jacks can be produced less the mounting brackets or attachments with various lift lengths.

Solid Steel Pulleys are furnished with standard keyway and setscrew.

Cast Aluminum Pulleys are available in bore sizes ranging from 5/8" to 1-1/2", in 1/16" increments. They are furnished with standard keyway and two (2) set screws.

Versatile and ideal for many applications, QD WELDAHUBS are easily welded to any steel plate sprocket bored to fit dimension "A". QD WELDAHUBS are constructed from steel, plus drilled, tapped and taper bored for any standard QD Bushing.

Designed for use with G&G WELDASPROCKETS in applications requiring a specific length through bore. Round bore OEM Weld onHubs are furnished with standard keyways and two (2) set screws.
