Got internal pipes to reline. Need something that will fly round bends and expand by up to 50% for diametric transitions, this is the real deal. The liner is made out of knitted elasticated polyester fibre and the coating is compatible with all known polyesters, silicate and epoxy resins.  Subject to volume we are able to custom manufacture the product to specific sizes. Manufactured in 1.5`,2`,2.5`,3` sizes with a finished thickness of 1.5 - 2mm thick.

Drain Pipe with single 90 degrees ? Piece of cake !..With Pipe with multiple 90 degrees ? No Problem. Uncontrolled Longitudinal stretch ? No way. This elasticated liner has maximum stretch in the radial direction and next to none in the longitudinal direction. Unlike other knitted and other woven liners on the market you can reline pipe networks with bends and still feel confident about the termination length. Product Available in 4",5" and 6" sizes and with a finished thickness of 3.5 - 4mm thick.

In certain parts of the world, Transitions from 4 inch to 6 inch are an every day reality. One solution is the use of pre-tailored transition bags. But what a waste !!! One contractor analysed his waste once and was staggered to find that there was 39% waste. The other way round it is to line the pipe in 2 hits, but this not always possible and is wasteful on labour, the most expensive component in CIPP. Transition Liner expands from 4 -6 inch without loss in liner thickness. It allows, One job to be executed with One Liner in One shot. True efficiency! Produced in one size only for a finshed thickness of 3.5 - 4mm thick.

An Elastic, 3 - 4mm thickknitted Inversion Liner, manufactured with the right combination of properties to allow easy inversion round 90 degree bends. The liner negotiates 90 degree bends in drain pipes with minimal wrinkling.
