GAH Global - Sand Separator & Sand Wash System

How it works: The mixture of water/sand come to the upper part of the container. The floating particles are separated at the surface by a submerge plate, these are carried with the mean of a snail mechanism and are dismissed together with the carped solids and the sand almost dry to the disposal container. The clean water by overflow come out from the side of the container.

GAH Global - Curved Self Cleaning Bar Screen

This type of screen consists of an arched bar grid with integrated mechanical cleaning through a rotating arm from a central shaft drive system. The geared drive motor and shaft bearings are all mounted in readily accessible positions above the channel. There are no submerged components (bearings, cables or chains), thus ensuring reliability and reducing overall maintenance requirements. The grid is manufactured from curved bars wedge form witch are thin at the direction of flow. The bar spacing ranges from 10 mm to 20 mm. The rotating rake assembly is an independent self rotating arm and completes 360º degrees cycle. All parts are manufactured completely in stainless steel AISI 304L.

The gate frame is built in the concrete for better water-tightness. The gate slides water-tight inside the gate frame. On the three ends a plastic rubber seal is embedded ensuring the best possible water-tightness. For the opening and closing of the gate and according to the size of the gate we use one or two hand driven rotating mechanism. The hand driven rotating mechanism is situate on the top center of the gate and outside the water.
