Seamless Bends

Gamart - Seamless Gas Bend

One of the applications of our PE bends are gas networks. GAMART manufactures its seamless bends for gas industry from high-quality PE 100 and PE 100 RC pipes. They are made of material approved for gas transmission that is proven with all the necessary certificates. GAMART bends provide greater safety in the transport of gaseous fuel and are the preferred solution as opposed to segmented and injection bends. For example, segmented bends are prohibited for gas transportation. Our bending technology eliminates the shape memory of the pipes and ensures very high dimensional stability of produced bends.

Gamart - Seamles Sewage Bend

GAMART seamless bends might be also applied to combined and separate sewage systems. Our bends are made of high-quality pipes and they are commonly used in various types of sewage systems. They can be used not only in gravity sewage, but also in pressure and vacuum sewage system. Due to the increased flow efficiency and the specificity of sewage disposal, GAMART seamless bends are advantageous from existing products such as segmented and injection bends. They also have better hydraulic properties of the pipeline and are more resistant to ground movements (no welds). Our bending technology eliminates the shape memory of the pipes and ensures very high dimensional stability of produced bends.

Rainwater Collection

The collection of rainwater becomes a necessity. Rising prices for water, the “rain tax” (fee for draining rainwater to the rainwater sewage system) and – above all – environmental aspects lead to the necessity of benefiting from rainwater systems.

Leaf Separators

Gamart - Model WCh - Leaf Separator

The leaf separator (leaf filter) is another innovative product manufactured by GAMART SA. Its main aim is to stop any contaminants flowing down with rainwater, mainly leaves. Our leaf separator is in fact a perfect complement to our rainwater collector. It also fits most of the gutter systems of leading European companies, including Polish brands. In GAMART leaf filter, a strainer has been installed on permanent basis. It protects against getting the leaves through and helps in periodic cleaning of the inspection from contamination. The leaf separator is additionally equipped with a tight plug with a gasket, which is mounted as a push-in to our leaf separator. Therefore, we have easy access to the strainer and we can quickly remove all the contamination. GAMART leaf separator can be produced in all RALs (the colors most commonly used are light brown RAL: 8017, dark brown RAL: 8019, graphite RAL: 7016, black RAL: 9017).

Deep Wells

Gamart - Sanitary Well Seal for Deep Well Protection

GAMART wellhead (sanitary well seal) closes the deep well and protects the potable water against various contaminations from getting inside (leaves, sand and surface water). The elimination of this type of pollutants has a decisive impact on the water quality and it significantly extends the service life of the submersible pump.

Gamart - Deep Well Casing

Deep well casings are used to protect a deep well. The submersible pump might be also installed inside of it. The manhole casings offered by GAMART are manufactured in two heights: 1.25 m and 1.45 m. They have standard holes for a well pipe with following diameters: Ø 110, Ø 125 and Ø 160 mm. We also offer casings without holes so that they are alternatively used as another type of a container, e.g. rainwater tank. GAMART casings are made of high-quality HDPE polyethylene and do not require maintenance.
