We offer tailor-made solutions to meet your individual needs and fit your spatial conditions. Due to our constant exchange with users about their tasks to be performed, we are able to seamlessly integrate our products into the process of reprocessing surgical instruments. Our well thought-out workplaces in clean rooms and normal areas are designed to incorporate various work processes in terms of size, equipment, functionality and ergonomics.

The ceiling lights with fresh air supply and external ventilation outlets ensure optimal air distribution and therefore maximum work safety. The low air outlet speed provides pleasant working conditions without too much noise. The area between the air outlets can be adapted to client requirements (e.g. mounting options for cameras or any kind of media supplied from above). Media parts are mounted inside the fresh air supply element. The special lights can achieve an intensity of up to 5000 lux on the work surface (depending on the number of lights).

The development and production of special workplaces for the highest demands according to the needs of our customers are one of our strengths. The sample receiving table is an example of how such a workplace can be designed.

The washing workstations are usually subject to special requirements and are therefore individually designed according to the wishes and needs of the client.

When disposing of old tissue fixed in formalin, the formaldehyde load is particularly high. Therefore we have designed a tissue disposal area that keeps the formaldehyde exposure as low as possible for the person responsible for its disposal.

For reasons of environmental protection, used formalin should no longer be disposed of with wastewater. These days used formalin should be recycled. Gasser Apparatebau has already equipped a great deal of pathologies with formalin supply and disposal systems which allow formalin to be transported from workplaces into suitable tanks several times. The systems include the docking station, the tanks, the supply unit with pumps and bladder-type accumulators, the control system and the entire pipeline construction. They are based on specific client specifications which means that the number of formalin collection and used formalin disposal points only play a subordinate role. This well thought-out system with high-quality materials and its careful execution guarantee a long-lasting product with low vulnerability to failure.

There are many things to consider when extracting used solvents such as xylene and ethanol, which fall under the “highly flammable” category. For this reason, we have already been commissioned several times to create corresponding systems. Be it systems with stationary extraction points for used solvents, or mobile devices with which the solvents are extracted and transported away for disposal. In order to detect any leakage and minimize the risk of fire double-walled lines with negative pressure monitoring are used. The storage tank can also be supplied double-walled and low pressure monitored. The solvent supply is realised by plastic storage containers with explosion-proof drum pumps and mixing pumps. With the aid of the dispensing pumps and suitable dispensing nozzles, the solvents can be transferred to canisters.
