Soxsia - H2s Removal System
SOXSIA® (Sulphur Oxidation and Siloxane Adsorption) is a catalyst, for the adsorption of siloxanes from biogas in combination with H2S removal from dry gas. The favourable adsorption properties result in high-adsorption capacity and removal efficiency for contaminants present at moderate concentrations in gas flows. The selected extruded particle shape allows a low pressure drop over the adsorber. SOXSIA® is designed to hold 40% more siloxanes per unit of volume and is able to convert H2S to elementary sulphur. SOXSIA® can hold up to 26% of it’s own weight on elementary sulphur.
Geothermal Energy
GTS - Gas Mixing System for Geothermal Gas
GtS provides gas mixing systems to add natural gas to geothermal gas to achieve a minimum caloric value. Also for other gasses GtS can design and build gas mixing stations, for example for adding air to biogas in order to make Active Carbon work properly or if the natural gas quality fluctuates a lot. In order to use geothermal gas, it has to be cleaned first. GtS can provide an installation that contains a gas cooler, gas dryer with economizer (GTP), optional H2S removal and SDE+ measurement.
Biogas
BioNet - Biogas/Natural Gas Mixing Systems
The BioNet is a biogas / natural gas mixing installation designed by GtS & Alliander that controls the mixed gas on a wobbe index and only supplies natural gas in the event of a calamity. Another condition was that as few energy resources as possible were needed because the installation is at a stand-alone location. We can also design and build a gas mixing station for other gases, such as adding air to biogas to make activated carbon work or if natural gas quality fluctuates considerably.
Biogas/Methane/Green Gas Analyzer Systems
GtS offers online gas analysis equipment that can measure methane, carbon dioxide H2S, oxygen and nitrogen. Relative humidity, dauwpunts and moisture measurements are possible. For more extensive analyses, gas chromatographs are put in.
