Mechanically embossed plates, manufactured with presses similar to those ones used for punching the perforated; as for the hammered plates,the working process is similar to a hammering.

The water jet cutting is a high pressure cut made with a mixture of water and abrasive sand. A special pump pushes a very thin waterjet at a pressure of 3800 bar. The water, ejected through a calibrate orifice, accelerates the abrasive particles to three times the speed of sound; these ones are mixed with water in a focalizing tube.

Milling applies to all those cases in which slot holes can not be realized by traditional punching or drilling. For close holes up to 0,15 mm width milling become the most convenient technology.
