The LAUTERSTAR 2.0 is tailor made according to the specific requirements of the customer. Important parameters such as diameter, bed loading or wort concentration are key considerations as we combine maximum efficiency with the highest possible quality to produce very low-turbidity wort. As a result, operating under optimal conditions and with suitable raw materials, up to 14 brews per day can be achieved with the LAUTERSTAR 2.0.

GEA separators for industrial fluids have been designed for the separation of cooling lubricants, washing liquids, oil-water mixtures, lube oil, fuel oil, waste oil, etc. The separator of enclosed design is equipped with an oil level sight glass and driven by a 3-phase AC motor. Power is transferred to the bowl spindle via a flat belt. The hood of the separator is hinged and all bearings are splash-lubricated from a central oil bath. Water, oil and fine particles are simultaneously separated.

Compact unit to limit the water consumption for cooling purposes of centrifuges. As one of our most resource-efficient solutions, our GEA Centrifuge Water Saving Unit carries the Add Better label. The GEA Centrifuge Water Saving Unit enables a transfer of emitted heat from the operating separator via recirculating cooling water to glycol or iced water. This reduces the cooling water consumption by 99.9% compared to conventional cooling of the separator, resulting in savings of more than 1.3 million liters of water per year and per separator. The Add Better label relates to the serial product GEA Centrifuge Water Saving Unit, released in September 2022.  The comparison refers to the conventional supply of cooling water to motor, hood and catcher during the operation of a separator.

The machine is designed for the continuous production of butter from sweet or sour cream according to the Fritz process. The butter produced in this machine meets the high requirements of the German Butter Standards. Besides sweet and sour cream butter, the dosing facility for three liquid additives enables the production of lactic or salted butter.
