We produce copper and aluminum battery harnesses for various temperature ranges. The harness design can be either flexible or solid depending on the application. Ground cables made of copper are available both as insulated cables or braids, where the latter are particularly suitable for higher requirements regarding flexibility and vibration resistance.

CAN, CAN-FD, Flex Ray and Ethernet cables are used to connect various control devices, sensor units, and multimedia units.
GG Group produces twisted-core, shielded and unshielded cables for data transmission rates of 500 kbit/s to 10 Gbit/s. Our products excel with superior quality standards and minor production tolerances. We continuously refine and improve our developments with automotive manufacturers. We do so based on the automotive sector`s requirements such as enabling transmission of increasing data rates, use of alternative materials or reduction of the construction space. We also closely collaborate with system suppliers - our products are tailored for processing by the customers.

Shielded LVDS and HSD sheathed cables GG QUADSPEED® ensure transmission of data volumes up to 12 Gbit/s.

Coaxial cables GG COSPEED are available in single-shielded and double-shielded versions and enable transmission of up to 20 GHz of data. The inner conductors are solid or flexible depending on the requirements. We use blank or tinned copper, CCS (copper cladded steel), and copper alloys. High-voltage harnesses by GG are made of copper or aluminum depending on the application. Shielded and unshielded harness designs are available. We have many years of experience in the protection, industrialization, and automation of special processes. We have long-term partnerships with leading producers of contact systems that we rely on particularly for our aluminum cables. We design space-optimized solutions for HV cables in cooperation with automotive manufacturers.
