CAP-300 Series Capacitive Level Sensor is compact, low-maintenance and highly-durable sensor that tolerates coating, can be mounted in any position and is compatible with coolants making it the ideal OEM solution for power generation equipment, off-highway vehicles and generators, as well as food & beverage, medical, rail and HVAC applications. NSF/ANSI 169 compliant models are available for use with water, coffee and dairy.

ELS-1100 Series Single-Point Level Switch is a compact, economical, no moving parts polysulfone level sensor with built-in switching electronics. A variety of mountings, power requirements and electrical terminations are available. These level switch units are suitable for high, low or intermediate level detection. Installation is simple and quick through the tank top, bottom or side. The sensor offers ±1 mm repeatability and broad liquid compatibility. They are not recommended for use in any liquid that crystallizes or leaves a solid residue.

ELS-1150 Series Single-Point Level Switch is a high-performance sensor that features a micro-processor board design to provide a wide range of capabilities including sinking, sourcing and time delay outputs. The strong fused glass prism eliminates leak potential and is capable of handling extreme temperature and pressure applications up to 2500 psi (172 bar). At just 1.38" (35 mm) long, the ELS-1150 is suitable for a wide-range of applications.

ELS-950 Series Single-Point Level Switch is a small, no moving parts sensor with a high operating temperature capability up to 230°F (110°C). The ELS-950`s design features an over-molded electronics insert, TPE insulated wires, fluorosilicone O-ring seals that create a water-tight, environmentally resistant assembly and polysulfone housing for use in a broad range of medias.

ELS-950M Series Single-Point Level Switch is ideal for industrial OEMs requiring a solid-state sensor for small space and high temperature environments. The UL approved design features a rugged brass housing, a TPE over-molded electronics insert, TPE insulated wires, and flourocarbon o-ring seals that create a watertight, environmentally resistant assembly, suited for use in harsh environments.

ELS-1100HT Series Single-Point Level Switch is the high temperature version of the ELS-1100 and is made from high performance Isoplast plastic. While maintaining broad chemical compatibility, these units also handle fluid temperature to 212°F (100°C). They feature 3/8" NPT mountings and are 1/2" long.

ELS-1100FLG Series Single-Point Level Switches are an ideal solution for thin wall tanks 1/4" thick (6 mm). No threads needed with these flanged units. Slip through a .75" (19 mm) hole and tighten the jam nut; a Viton® gasket forms a tight seal. Ideal for sheet metal, molded plastic tanks and medical applications where elimination of exposed threads removes potential bacterial breeding grounds.

Small compact level switches combines reliability with low cost. The LS-1700 Series Single-Point Level Switch unit is equipped with a hermetically sealed SPST 20 VA reed switch and is operated by permanent magnets within the float. As the float is raised and lowered with changing liquid level, the hermetically sealed single point level switch closes as the float comes into proximity of the reed switch. The switch logic can be reversed on most models by inverting the float on the stem via a removable float retaining clip.

LS-7 Series Single-Point Type 3 Level Switches are ideal for high volume use in small tanks and vessels. Polypropylene, Nylon or Versplast options are available. Polypropylene is ideal for potable water and broad chemicals, Nylon is ideal for oils and fuels and Versaplast is ideal for corrosive fluids.

LS-800-5 Series Single-Point Level Switches are ideal for large or small tanks or where access to the inside is impractical or impossible. LS-800-5 Series units mount completely outside of the tank at the level actuation point and is offered in brass or stainless-steel housing 3/4" NPT ports.
