This format contains all the reagents to perform a qPCR reaction. The reagents are in liquid format and must be pipetted prior to prepare the reactions. In addition, the reagents have the huge advantage of being stable at room temperature.

This innovative product are individual ready-to-use tubes containing all the components needed for detection of specific pathogens: dNTPs, polymerase, pathogen-specific primers and probe, and the appropriate buffer. 

The product designed as Panel qPCR, comprises a comprehensive assay for the detection of a range of related targets. A group of 2 or more selected targets are packed together to perform a complete battery of assays to the same sample. All the targets are labelled with the same fluorophore to avoid multiplexing troubles and offer a precise quantification.

GPSponge is a kit for the collection, inactivation, transport and storage of environmental samples for subsequent nucleic acid purification. One of its key advantages lies in the use of our patented buffer, which allows the transport of stabilized DNA or RNA at room temperature without the need for refrigeration. The stabilizing solution effectively inactivates viruses and non-sporulated bacteria. As a result, the collected samples are rendered non-infectious, ensuring safe handling and shipping. This buffer is incorporated into a highly porous cellulose sponge, making it easy to sample surfaces, including animals or objects.
