Gentle Roll - Multiple Drum Unit

The Gentle Roll™ Standard Model is designed to handle a variety of capacities. For large capacities, multiple drums are used to keep screening efficiency at its highest. When using a multiple drum unit, each drum is powered individually allowing an operator to partially shutdown for maintenance to minimize downtime.

Gentle Roll - Screening System for Small-Scale Operations

The 9-inch Gentle Roll™ Model is specifically tailored for small-scale operations requiring efficient material screening within confined spaces. Utilizing a 9-inch diameter drum, it employs gentle rolling action akin to its standard counterparts, ensuring optimal screening for minimal capacity requirements. Its fundamental application extends to a variety of products including pellets, crumbles, canola, seed corn, soybeans, minerals, onion seeds, metal grit, and organic fertilizers. This model offers flexibility with screen configurations ranging from one to three sections, adaptable for different screening needs like removal of fines and overs or size separation. Drum capacity can be adjusted based on application requirements and drum configurations, ensuring it meets specific production expectations of materials with a bulk density of 45 lbs/ft³ or 720 kg/m³. The system is crafted from high-quality materials, ensuring reliability and durability in diverse screening tasks.
