GEOCHEM ENGINEERING’s Bentonite Liner is a dual layer waterproofing consisting of PE film or HDPE membrane or PVC membrane, sodium bentonite, and a non woven geotextile as protective layer.  The membrane layer provides the first level of waterproofing, while the bentonite’s self-sealing capabilities ensure positive puncture protection under hydrostatic conditions.  The geotextile fabric protects the cpmposite from direct installation of shotcrete or concrete walls.
