Geomash - PBU-2 (series 300) drilling rig

Geomash - UGB drilling rig

Self-propelled UGB drilling rig is the specialized decision for engineering-geological research and field research of grounds, drilling of prospecting and operating wells on water in grounds to the XII category on drilling capacities and for hydrogeological works. Features of the design: Drive of a UGB hydraulic system is carried out from the engine of the transport base or the deck diesel Deutz engine (Germany) with power of 55.1 kW. Rig is equipped with the special winch for effective cable percussion drilling. Winch has the controlled frictional drive and a controlled frictional brake. Manifold system allows to connect additional compressor and pump equipment, including dosing pumps for SAA.

UBV-318, UBV-320 drilling rigs with the hydraulic drive of a mobile rotator. UBV drilling rigs are intended for drilling of hydrogeological, exploration, methane drainage and technical wells in grounds to the XII category on drilling capacity. Electronic control system provides adjustment and control of such parameters as frequency of boring column rotation and its torque. The system also provides control of emergencies. Main advantage of drilling rigs of the UBV series is that they have a mobile rotator, and most of competitors work with a rotor. Mobile rotator allows to set necessary axial load whereas it is problematic for rotor machines. Also the main drilling parameters are shown to a board on the drilling rig control panel of the UBV series that allows to control the drilling process more optimum whereas it isn't provided on installations of competitors.

Geomash - BBU "Openok"

Compact drilling rigs BBU 000 Openok provide core and noncore drilling “dry” /with washing/ with airflush, shock and rotary (DTH), auger, dynamic sounding. Features of the rig: - allows to perform works in constrained conditions, including in buildings and basements with restriction of dimensions on height. - blocks and units fixed on the basis can be removed and placed in a place convenient for service within length of the hydraulic system sleeves; - for simplicity of installation and dismantle of blocks and units, connections of hydraulic sleeves are carried out by means of quick release joints; - rack of the feed system is supplied with telescopic angle braces for increase of its stability in inclined position under influence of axial load and rotation torque.

Geomash - Multipurpose drilling rigs LBU-50

Drilling rigs of the LBU-50 series with mechanical drive of a mobile rotator are intended for drilling of wells of different function at engineering-geological research with possibility of soil sampling, construction works and for construction of wells of electrochemical protection. LBU-50 drilling rigs provide core, auger drilling, drilling with application of prospect hole bits, complexes of stem augers (as a temporary casing) and also static soil sounding. Machines provide: - drilling of wells at construction of piles and sheetpiles (including stem augers) - drilling of prospect holes in the rotary way (haul cycles) with use of the auger drill with a diameter 850 mm - shock and rotary drilling of wells with a diameter up to 550 mm with use of submersible DTH machines (on condition of a complete set with the corresponding compressor equipment).

Geomash - AZA-3

Drilling rig differs by the increased value of force moment on a rotator spindle that gives the chance to apply installation during drilling technical wells in construction. Rotator design provides a possibility of its taking aside from well axis. Drive of the drilling rig is carried out from the engine of the transport base through the power take-off (PTO). Safe collet and the set of adapters for various connecting sizes are used for torque transmission from the spindle to the boring tool. Hydraulic jacks are provided for installation of the machine before its operation. AZA-3 drilling rig is used for: - mechanization of the anchor installation process during fastening extensions of oil-field derricks and masts, communication towers, supports of power lines; - drilling of prospect holes for underground anchors; - drilling of pilot boreholes for screw anchors in rocky and frozen soil; - drilling of technical wells of different function.

Geomash - Mobile drilling rigs of the MBU family

Mobile drilling rig MBU with a hydraulic drive of a mobile rotator is intended for drilling of engineering-geological wells (including linear research at construction of oil and gas pipelines), hydrogeological wells and wells on water for private water supply. Thanks to small dimensions of transport bases, the MBU drilling rigs are convenient at operation in the constrained conditions, including in restrained urban conditions. MBU drilling rigs have the following technical features: - carriage design of the mobile rotator provides rotator's side turn for release of the mouth of a well during work with the winch at bailing up; - possibility of crown block installation on sliding extenders provides reduction of transport dimension of the drilling rig; - possibility of supply with cargo winch for auxiliary works during drilling or winch having free fall function for a well bailing up at drilling.

Geomash - Exploration drilling rig URB-5AG

Exploration drilling rig URB-5AG with a hydraulic mobile rotator is intended for hydrogeology and drilling of wells on water. Carries out the following types of works: - Rotary auger - Cable percussion drilling; - Rotary core (dry); - Rotary core and noncore drilling with use of flushing liquid or with cleaning of a downhole with a stream of compressed air; - Shock and rotary drilling by downholes hammers. Cleaning of a downhole is made by washing, airflushing or transportation of the destroyed ground on the surface by augers. Mast has the strengthened truss structure 10.5 m high. Design of feed system consists of a hydraulic feed cylinder and a rope tackle block allows to reach the operating feed stroke- 6.8 m and the high speed of carriage movement that allows to achieve high efficiency at work.
