The Geomil Fox-150 modular stand-alone Cone Penetration System (CPT) is a very compact and leightweighted unit designed to be used in a wide variety of applications. The Fox-150 can completely be demounted.This product is highly maneuverable and powered hydraulically by a separate power pack, driven by petrol, diesel or electrical engine. Maximum thrust capacity of 150 kN. Maximum pulling capacity of 220 kN. The unit has two vertical hydraulic cylinders with a stroke of 550 mm. Dimensions are 1200 x 540 x 480 mm (h x w x d). Total weight 150 kg.

The Geomil Seismic Cone Penetration Testing (SCPT) is a valuable geotechnical tool to facilitate the determination of low strain in‐situ compression (P) and shear (S) wave velocities. The accurate determination of P‐wave and S‐wave arrival times from the recorded time series is of paramount importance to the evaluation of reliable seismic wave velocities. These velocities are directly related to the soil elastic constants of Poisson’s ratio, shear modulus, bulk modulus and Young’s modulus.
