Geopro - Inflatable Single and Double Packers

The single and double packers are mainly used for cement grouting and permeability testing. The basic components of single packers are, dilatable element S mounted on a metal structure WT with a sliding end SE. The cement grouting it’s done through the central tube CP made of stainless steel and inflation adapter IA.

The Wireline Packer System is a time-saving method for conducting permeability testing during core drilling. The test is carried out with the drill string in place, reducing the time required to test in open or unstable formations.

Geopro - Large Diameter Inflatable Packers

Geopro offer now three new large packer diameter size : 210 , 255 & 285 mm OD. These packers are used for water testing , sampling , injection and permeability testing in open holes or casings from 220 up to 500 mm. The 210 mm OD packer is equipped with a 6’’ central tube. The 255 and 285 mm packers are supplied with a 8’’ central tube. We can add upon request 3’’ or 4’’ through tubes .

Geopro - Twin Tube Packers

The twin tubes single packers are used for injection of two components products (resins...). Two similar tubes with same OD run through the packer to inject the two components with a ratio of 1 to1.

Geopro - Mechanical Packers

The mechanical packers are supplied with a central tube and a rubber membrane. The expansion of the rubber is created with the help of a handle operated manually. They are used for surface injections. The maximum expansion rating is approx. 10% of the initial diameter.

Geopro - Inflatable Packers for Water Sampling and Pumping

The single packer is made with one dilatable element. I that case the submersible pump is located below the packer.This assembly can be used with or without riser pipes.

Geopro - Inflation Hand Pumps

The VHP100 pump is particularly well adapted to the inflation of our packers or to any other application requiring a setting under water pressure. Entirely realized out of plastic materials and aluminium, the VHP100 pump does not require any maintenance in particular and is not sensitive to the problem of corrosion often encountered on the working sites.

Geopro - Inflation Pump for Packers Inflation with Water

Geopro supplies a large range of air driven pumps. Two pump ratios are available from ratio 10 for output pressure of 70 bar/1025 psi and ratio 20 for a maximum output pressure of 140 bar/2000 psi. (other ratios upon request). The output pressure is related to the pump ratio multiplied by the air inlet pressure. Our pump ratio 10 is especially well adapted to the inflation of our inflatable packers. They are also available in single or double acting configuration.

Geopro - Thermowelded Twin Hose

The twin hose is used for injecting grouting or any other strengthening product through a packer. One of the pipes is for inflation, the other for grouting. The grouting hose is available in 2 sizes: ½’’ et ¾’’ (Other diameters upon request). The inflation hose is in both cases, a Rilsan 3 x 6 mm hose. An extra length of the inflation hose allows it to be easily connected to the packer’s end and to the inflation pump.
