The Plastic Filter 3’’ with Screen Centrifugal Super with Brush System GeorgantiS offers a fast and efficient solution for cleaning the irrigation water in a semi-automatic way. The only plastic filter with Screen Φ140 and includes ¾?extra input for automatic lubrication connection and ¼’ brazen thread for manometer. The process of cleaning the filter with the Brush system is the most effective, as the water is filtered without stopping its flow in the irrigation network and only by turning the Brush clockwise and counterclockwise, all the particles that are trapped in the screen are removed. This process is repeated without disassembling the filter.

Metal Screen Filters Centrifugal with Brush System GeorgantiS offer fast and immediate filtration by removing minerals in a semi-automatic way during watering. The Metal Screen Filters Centrifugal with Brush System GeorgantiS are painted electrostatic, with polyester powder, inside and out. The filters are available with external thread. The cleaning of the filter semi-automatically with the Brush System is carried out without stopping the flow of water in the irrigation network. By turning the Brush clockwise and counterclockwise, all the particles that are trapped in the screen are removed. This process is repeated without disassembling the filter.

Metal Disk Filters GeorgantiS are electrostatically painted, with polyester powder, inside and out. The filters are available with male thread and upon request with a socket or flange. They are cleaned manually, disassembling the lid, removing the Disk and after rinsing it well, reposition it internally in the filter and start the filtration process again.

Gravel filters GeorgantiS are the most common filters for very dirty water. They are recommended for waters in which there is a strong presence of organic and inorganic materials. With the special quartz rock and the internal filters, all the organic elements are trapped during the watering. Filters can be installed as units or in a system.  The cleaning process is carried out automatically. It is possible to choose: 1) to start cleaning at specific time intervals, 2) the system performs cleaning if there is an indication of the difference in inlet-outlet pressure. The automation system can work either with electricity or with a battery. Can be adapted to GRAVEL 3″ and GRAVEL 4″ filter.  Gravel filters GeorgantiS are painted electrostatic with polyester powder, inside and out.

With the special quartz rock and the internal filters, all the organic elements are trapped during the watering. Filters can be installed as units or in a system.  The cleaning process is performed manually with the opposite flow of water when the outlet valve is closed and allows water to enter from the bottom. By moving upwards and releasing the dirt particles which come out of the filter through the top of the drain pipe. During the cleaning phase the system continues to filter. The automatic cleaning system is only available upon request.  Gravel filters GeorgantiS are painted electrostatic with polyester powder, inside and out. Lubrication head can be optionally mounted on Gravel filters. It is also recommended to place a 3 “or 4” filter at the filter outlet, respectively.

Complete Systems GeorgantiS are a complete solution for maximum efficiency in the water cleaning process. The Complete Systems consist of 3 parts: the Hydrocyclone, the Lubrication Head and the Screen or Disk filter. The Hydrocyclone separates the sand from the water; leftover dirt then passes through the valve to the filter where the final cleaning is done for the watering process. At the plastic filter there is the possibility of adding the Brush System for efficient and fast cleaning of the filter without stopping the flow of water in the irrigation network. The head is connected to a lubricant to distribute fertilizer to the irrigation network.
