The soil hand auger is used to gather soil samples from depth, or to create access for other testing. The kit can be assembled in a matter of seconds and the product`s design enables the operator to remove a sample from the auger head for analysis away from the site. This kit consists of a 50mm head, a 1.0m extension rod, a handle and a canvas carry bag. Need to go deeper? Additional 1m extension rods can be purchased and easily screwed on. Also available are Stilsons to help disassembly and larger auger heads (70mm and 100mm diameters).

Within this convenient shoulder bag, you will find all the tools necessary to provide a holistic assessment of cracks. The kit includes one Pair-Corner Tell-Tale, 5 Plus Tell-Tales, a Crack Width Gauge, 7 packs of fixing screws, plastic padding, record sheets and an instruction manual. The Tell- Tales and Crack Width Gauge can also be purchased separately.
