Your comfort is our priority, that why we pay attention to 2nd floor and bonus rooms which are cooler with our air distribution design. Abundant air conditioning is provided with geothermal. The excess heat from the building is discharged by the exiting water going back to the loop field where the earth is the heat sink, or the warm water is discharged to a pond, stream etc. If supplemental hot water is needed, it is available as an option called the desuperheater. It will be diverted to a storage tank which is available as preheated hot water for your standard hot water heater. This is free hot water in the air conditioning mode and cheap hot water in the heating mode.

Hot Water Desuperheater - free hot water when in the air conditioner mode. Cheap hot water when in the heating mode. This hot water goes into a storage tank and is preheated hot water for your main hot water heater.
