Geovent - 5 Meter Extension Extraction Arm

Geovents Extension arms can be ordered in several variants from 2 to 5 meters, in a straight (1-link) version or up to 4m in the version with double joints (2-link). The Extension arm fits all our arms. It will be possible to get a total length of up to 9 meters - an easy way to extend the WING, COMPACT, ASA arms. When the Wing and Compact arm is mounted in the mounting flange, it is possible to turn the arm 360°. The arms are supplied as a kit, designed with the focus on easy installation and ease of use. Supplied complete incl. piping and flexible joints. If you want shorter or longer versions, this is possible. Geovent wall mounted extension arm is used to extend the ASA, Wing or Compact arm range. It is smoothly operated and is easy to position, due to the special design and use of cone bearings, freemed flange bearings in joints + the use of friction discs on the surface. This makes it possible to adjust the friction of the axis’s by simply adding or reducing tension.

The perfect choice of arm for hairdressers, dentist, pharmacies, hospitals etc. The flexible self carrying construction consist of anodized aluminum pipes with 2 or 3 cast plastic joints. In addition, the PERMA arm comes in a ESD approved version, suitable for the electronics industry a well as the chemical, plastics and mechanical industries.

Geovent - Model GFB2 - Industrial Welding Smoke Extraction Filter Unit

The GFB2 filter is the complete solution when it comes to cleaning extracted air efficiently. The filter removes as much as up to 99,97% of hazardous particles from the extracted air. The GFB2 filter is used in a wide range of businesses, primarily industry. It is used for filtering air from processes such as welding, grinding, sanding, plasma-/laser cutting and powder coating. The filter´s capacity is an airflow up to 7.200 m³/h, and can be connected in parallel, if needed. By default, the filter is delivered with a cleaning system, using shots of compressed air, to clean the filter cartridges from excessive dust. As standard, it comes with an filter control unit (timer based as standard, differential pressure upon request) and an easy to move collection bucket. Geofilter GFB2 is made from galvanized sheet metal, and has easy service access, with hatched double doors. We do not normally recommend placing the filter outdoors due to condensation issues.

Geovent - Model MultiBox IV 13-701 - Ventilation Controller with Pressure Range

The MultiBox IV is a secures optimized ventilation solution considering both energy, CO2, and noise. It sends service messages and define the startup time and output voltage. MultiBox IV can be used for pressure range from 10 to 4000 Pa. MultiBox IV is especially useful for dynamic pressure regulation in installations with throttle valve and/or a fan with frequency inverter. The desired pressure or flow (pressure difference) is encoded as a fixed point. The built-in regulator will adjust the damper or frequency inverter. The alarm is activated if the regulation does not hold pressure/flow within the selected alarm limits. Geovent - Model LSFG / MSFG 146 - 250 - Extraction Fan

GEOVENT centrifugal fan LSFG and MSFG with forward curving impeller is used for extraction within the industry or for comfort ventilation, depending on the variant. The fan is made of 100% galvanized steel for optimum corrosion resistance and therefore, it is suitable for outdoor installation on the roof or on the wall. There is a complete program of accessories, and the fan can be delivered with a number of options, such as flex connection, mountings, rainshield, motor protection, pressure monitor and soundproof box. As standard we supply supporting angels with vibration absorbers, inlet nozzle with net and clamp for mounting the outlet flange. Motor: Directly driven by a B5-Flange motor. Sealing class IP-55. Voltage: 3x400V or 1x230V / 50 Hz 3 of the fans sides can be used as mounting flange. Made of hot-galvanized plate. All screws and bolts are electro galvanized.
