IAN420-2C is a galvanic isolation interface that connects 2 anemometers (wind speed and direction) to the most common industrial PLCs with voltage or current analog inputs; IAN420-2C is specifically designed by Geoves to solve the typical problems of wind turbines. Thanks to the internal cpu and the galvanic insulation of the anemometers and power signals coupled with intelligent measurement management, the IAN420-2C is particularly suitable for installations at heights> 20m and in areas exposed to electrostatic and lightning strikes (cableways, lighthouse towers, lattice masts, etc ...). Interfaceable anemometers can have frequency output (speed sensor) and potentiometer (direction sensor); for heated versions in the IAN420-2C interface is integrated a thermostat circuit that activates the anti-ice anemometer heater.

MAIN FEATURES: LPDL dataloggers are able to view, acquire, store and transmit data remotely. Thanks to their modularity, LPDL dataloggers can receive up to 17 analog and 3 digital measurements as well as the ability to integrate multi-parameter probes with serial output for water monitoring.

MEASURING PRINCIPLE AND FEATURES: ST thermometers are probes for the temperature measurement with a Platinum thermistor Pt100 1/3DIN (100Ω@0°C). The change in resistance of the Pt100 is transformed into a signal of current or voltage linear with temperature. All sensors are provided with shielded and waterproof cable that allows the use in the most different applications linked to the environmental monitoring, hydrology and industrial. ST sensors are available in two versions: with natural Pt100 with 4 wires output (Vers. –N) or 4…20mA (Vers. –I).

MAIN FEATURES: SNU are ultrasonic level sensors without contact with the surface whose the distance it’s measured. The sensor consists of a sonic transducer in air, able to transmit a pulses array and receive the answer eco; the delay of this answer depends on the distance from the sensor and the measuring surface. Between a specific algorithm the sensor microprocessor calculates the distance reproducing it as an output electrical signal. Since the sound speed depends on air temperature, the SNU has a temperature compensation system to get the corrected measurement value. These features make it possible to use the sensor outside both as hydrometer and snow gauge. Besides SNU requires a DC supply voltage from 9 to 24Vdc and a low power consumption with auto shut-down: in this way  the sensor is suitable for systems powered by solar panel.  SNU is available with analog outputs 4...20mA or 0...5Vdc (on request).
