The Operations System is designed to enforce consistent workflows to reduce errors and provide consistent data while processing loads through the scalehouse.  Scalehouse Operators utilize a control panel interface that integrates all application features, resulting in an easy-to-learn and easy-to-use system.

The GEOWARE Management System is used to control and configure the Operations System behaviour and function.  It configures and manages the rules and procedures under which the site operates such as rates, vehicles, and business accounts.  The Management System provides organization-wide data centralization and acts as a hub for waste receiving, processing and collection sites.  It stores site-based load processing information centrally and distributes new and changed vehicle, material, business account records and rates to keep all sites up-to-date as business needs change.  Since data from the Management System and Operations System are synchronized, it allows administrators to track current data for accurate data reporting and analysis.

Our Attended Scalehouse solution is highly flexible and scaleable to meet a variety of business and operational requirements. 

A GEOWARE site may contain multiple receiving and/or processing facilities such as composting, C&D recycling. MRF, etc.  The Interfacility Processing module controls and tracks the movement of material from one facility to another within a single site.  Interfacility loads can be processed through attended and unattended lanes.  Interfacility processing can occur, not only through site entry and exit lanes, but also at remote locations located anywhere on the site, including across conveyor scales between facilities.  This allows administrators to monitor the flow of material not only into, out of and between sites, but also into, out of and between facilities at sites.

The GEOWARE System provides a high level of control over load processing but exception events do occur.  System event Notifications are a tool used to monitor, audit and improve inter-department communications when exception events occur by automatically sending notifications to a pre-determined list of people as the events occur.  These events can be triggered during live processing or when a transaction is edited and may be triggered when:

The GEOWARE System provides solutions for many aspects of transfer operations, including transfer loading, transfer logistics and contract management.  GEOWARE monitors and controls the live loading of material into transfer trucks.  By combining this functionality with multi-deck weighing, automated truck, trailer and driver identification, traffic control, displays and hand-held devices, GEOWARE provides the safe and efficient loading of vehicles with little to no operator intervention.

Video monitoring and image capture of vehicles onsite are extremely valuable tools for load monitoring and dispute resolution.  These tools are integrated within the GEOWARE System.  Images are captured automatically using pre-configured camera locations, at specific points during load processing.  Images can also be captured manually, allowing operators to move the camera and initiate the capture of additional images.
