Welding Services
Modern welding equipment is available at three welding points: MIG, MAG, TIG, electrode, plasma cutting, metal powder spraying. This and the great experience of the employees guarantee the high quality standard of the welded structures. In addition to the customary grades, stainless steels and aluminium are also processed.
Milling Services
When it comes to processing, modern CNC machines and NC milling machines are available: Micron Make; Program control in 3 axes. Travel path: 500x500x400 mm. Clamping surface area: 800 x 450 mm.
Repair Services
For over 50 years now, we have been repairing centrifuges of all makes such as Alfa Laval, GEA Westfalia, Flottweg, Siebtechnik, KMPT, Hiller and many others. Our many years of experience also in the construction of new complete centrifuges and components make us a powerful partner when it comes to the centrifuge. Our services comprise the general refurbishment of the used centrifuge, the repair of rotating units, the reconditioning of worn or damaged components and the production of new parts to replace defective parts.
