In practice there are many hard-to-handle bulk solids. Often this is noticed too late because many an allegedly simple bulk solid only becomes difficult to handle in connection with a process step and the degree of automatisation. We therefore analyse the flowability of each bulk solid and the resulting requirements in order to provide you with an automated material flow System.

Through our extensive knowledge of poorly flowing bulk solids we are sensitised to the typical problems (bridge formation, segregation, blockage of conveying bodies...) and know how to prevent them. Out of the combination of current laboratory values and the experiment results in the technical centre we develop an economic design which incorporates our long-term experience.
