The type A 600 alligator shear is fitted with a hydraulic hold-down. The shear head is operated by a foot pedal for single or continuous cutting. The shear head is protected by a safety cage. If the shear is to be subjected to extra heavy loading, a Heavy Duty version is available which has a larger oil tank and oil cooling.

The type JMC 150 has a mechanical holddown plate. The shearing machine can be controled by a foot pedal with a mechanic switching for single cuts or continuous cutting. It has a safety cap. The JMC 150 alligator shear is a DESK TOP mashine.

The wire-drawing-machine has been developed to separate the core of an open-wire line out of A1 aluminium. The handling of the machine is simple and not complicated. The rolls of the entry can be adjusted by a hand wheel to different diameters of the steel core (3- 20 mm). In the initial phase you have to lay bare 100 mm of the open wire line by hand. Then you put it into the entry rolls. After grasping the wire, the machine draws the steel core out of the wire. A special tool holds back the A1 aluminium wire. The separating of the different materials works quickly and easily. A toolkit for wire diameters of 5/8/15/20 mm takes part of the delivery schedule. This machine offers a quick and easy separation of these two materials, to get a good price at the market.
