Titanium bar are divided into pure titanium bar and titanium alloy bars. For pure titanium bars we mainly provide Gr1, Gr2, Gr4 and other grades; we provide titanium alloy bars of Gr5, Gr7, Gr9, Gr11, Gr12, Gr16, Gr23 etc.

Titanium sheet is produced on the basis of titanium plate with further cold rolling; the production process of titanium sheet is more complicated. The deformation control is more strictly in the process of rolling. Our company provides titanium coil and titanium sheet. We have plenty of titanium sheets in stock. That can be cut in different sizes according to the customer’s needs, greatly shorten the time of delivery. We mainly provide pure titanium sheet of Gr1, Gr2, Gr4 grades; For titanium alloy sheet, We mainly provide Gr5, Gr7, Gr9, Gr11, Gr12, Gr16, Gr23 and other grades.

Giant Metal could provide tantalum wire of vacuum electron beam melting and powder metallurgy technology, General purpose of tantalum wire was produced by vacuum electron beam melting technology,it has a relatively high purity. Capacitor grade tantalum wire usually was produced by powder metallurgy technology, it contains more special metal elements. Tantalum wire was produced on the basis of tantalum bar. first of all, rolling out the appropriate size of tantalum bar, cleaning the tantalum bar, to remove surface magazine and oil pollution, trimming the tantalum bar and clean again, then through stretching and annealing for many times, eventually get the specifications of customer requirements, through cleaning, straightening, winding,

Giant Metal produce niobium sheet by vacuum electron beam melting technology. First, melt the not forging niobium bar into niobium ingot by vacuum electron beam melting technology. There are two ways of smelting, single smelting and multiple smelting. Usually we smelt two times, or it can be more than two times depending on the product specific requirements. Second, forging and axial breakdown niobium ingot and make it into niobium slab, then take it for annealing treatment and cleaning. After several times of rolling and annealing finally get the high quality niobium sheet. The unique way of rolling and annealing, temperature and time control that Giant Metal have guarantees the excellent quality. And our production of niobium in mechanical properties and microstructure is superior to other company`s.

Giant Metal produces niobium tubes by electron beam melting technology, including seamless niobium tube and welding niobium tube.

At Giant Metal, molybdenum wire is processed by the semi-finished products of molybdenum bar. We use the method of hot stretch, repeatedly stretch the molybdenum bar for many times, until make it into wire. In the process of production of molybdenum bar, the exquisite processing technology helps improve the quality of molybdenum bars surface. The defects such as the surface burr and the concave surface are reduced. So the surface quality and the consistency of wire diameter of our production were superior to rotary swaging production of similar products.

Giant Metal has four kinds of method in manufacturing process of molybdenum tube: deep hole drilling, sintering, welding and stretching.

First we use of isostatic pressing technology to die casting tungsten powder into tungsten bar, then sintering with high temperature , the density of sintered tungsten bar will reach more than 85% of the theoretical value. it is used to manufacture the diameter around 3 mm tungsten bars by Rotary forging method. Then further use mold stretching method produce different diameter of tungsten wire.
