The flat metal silos are built in carbon steel or stainless steel: all gussets around the container’s perimeter will be customized according to the container’s requested dimensions.

Our baghouses are built in woodwork and engineered in different dimensions to break down the air pollution generating from any production procedure. The anti-static sleeves’ cleaning system uses compressed air jets in counter-current. All parts (sleeves and enclosures) are removable for easy maintenance. The dust cake (or filtering cake) can be discharged vertically or through an ear-shaped port (cochlea). The machine can be built according to the ATEX regulation.

The MMG Hammer Mill gathers together the solidity, ease-of-operation and functionality characteristics you can look for in the crushing of dry cereals (barley, hay and corn) for feed milling. The raw materials are sucked into the mill’s grinding chamber: while the resulting coarse meal is sent directly to the storage tanks through an incorporated fan. We can also provide a model with an ear-shaped discharge port: this will considerably reduce the air pollution eventually enhancing the long-term mill’s efficiency.

The MVG Vertical Mixer has been engineered to mix products of different types. They are used in feed milling and in the food and plastic materials industries. Our MVGs are built in ferric steel and upon request, stainless steel. It consists of a vertical screw rotating on side bearings. The hopper to collect the final product can be mounted above the ground or flush with the floor.

A Bucket Elevator (EG elevator) is a mechanism for hauling bulk materials (most grain or fertilizer) vertically. It consists of conveyor belts pulling buckets encased into a steel casing: the belt tension regulation system can be accessed through inspection and maintenance openings. The drive head is made with thick steel sheets bolted together, while a removable lid and an inspection hatch make maintenance easier and faster. The drive unit is operated through a motor engine with in-built reducer and backstop. The machine is built in painted carbon steel with, upon request, extra galvanized varnish. It is also available in AISI 304 Stainless Steel.

A chain conveyor is a type of conveyor system that moves bulk materials (cereals, coarse meal, granulated products in general) horizontally, for long distances. This type of machine is widely used in the animal feed and milling industries.

Belt conveyors handle bulk materials across medium and long distances: the material flowing on the belt may be weighed as in transit to other machines (e.g. grinders). Our belt conveyors are built in carbon steel and are pulled by a drive pulley that sits at the head of the machine.

Tubular screw conveyors are mostly used in the animal feed and chemical industries to transport cereals, coarse meal and granulated or dried products. These conveyors work both horizontally, vertically or inclined. They are operated through electric engines or gearmotors with belt or chain transmission, or directly connected to a flexible joint.
