IBC LEVEL ALARMS monitor liquid level in IBC tanks.  Flashing LED and buzzer prevent overfilling.  IBC TOTE TANK ALARMS for high liquid level makes sure you never overfill an IBC. When liquid level reaches the float switch, the IBC Alarm sounds a very loud warbling buzzer and flashing LED.  Pressing the silencing button in response to the alarm mutes the buzzer, while the LED continues to flash. (in the default mode) Beyond the basic behavior, the IBC alarm can be adapted to almost any level monitoring situation. For example, our customers have requested things like connection to solenoid valves, PLCs, automatic emptying, relay outputs, WIFI communication, and much more. IBC TOTE TANK ALARM for low liquid level makes sure your process will never run out of chemicals. When liquid level is low, an IBC Alarm emits a very loud 103dB beeping sound, and flashing LED. Uninterruptible battery power works through power failures, can’t come unplugged, or be defeated. And, because the Drum Alarms don’t use any power until alarming, the batteries last for years.

We accommodate the needs of our customers by incorporating custom elements into our IBC tank alarms.  Here are some examples that have resulted in custom IBC alarms.

The BATTERY POWERED ALARM BOX takes a contact close and annunciates with flashing beacon LED and loud buzzer.

ALARM WITH LOUD BUZZER and flashing LED light triggered by any contact close. Alarm with buzzer and flashing LED light; takes an input from sensing devices such as a float switches, reed switches, or limit switches, and turns it into an audio and visual alarm that can’t be ignored. Powered by 120VAC or any other line voltage. Also includes a relay output to power other devices that can be conveniently plugged into the plug included.

The Siren Alarm Box generates a painfully loud 115 dB 2feet. The loudest 12VDC buzzer in existence. Combined with a strobing beacon LED, alarms cannot be missed.

This battery powered tilt switch alarm is mounted on a horizontal PVC pipe (used as a low height crash bar) meant to protect against forklifts running into a low hanging wall .  If the crash bar pipe is bumped by a forklift, the alarm sounds for 10 seconds. (this time is selectable)  Since the tilt switch alarm its mounted out-of-reach, battery replacement is inconvenient, and so we used a very low power circuit that allows the battery last for 10 years. (quiescent current is only 2µA !)

Height clearance bar alarm quickly mounts on most existing height clearance bars with a thumbscrew.  If it is disturbed by a strike from a vehicle for example, a loud warbling buzzer sounds for 10 seconds, accompanied by a flashing LED. (the time is adjustable)

The TANK ALARM grabs attention with a bright flashing LED and a loud beeper when liquid level is too high or too low. Easy to install. Easy to adjust the depth. Stop overfilled or empty tanks for good!
